Performance and configuration:
1. Control system:
PLC program control automatically sets the number of layers;
Photoelectric lighting, automatic sensing of goods in place.
2 cantilever drive system:
Variable frequency speed regulation, 0 ~ 12rpm adjustable, cantilever position automatically reset;
The high sensitivity emergency stop system controlled by the safety photoelectric detector cooperates with the slewing ring.
3 paper feeding system:
The length of antirust paper is determined by the left and right lead screws driven by the motor, and the length is adjustable;
Special knife resistant rubber or steel guide rod.
4 requirements for packaging materials:
The surface of antirust paper shall not be covered with film and shall be in roll shape;
Film roll specification: ＜ Φ 300mm (outer diameter) x90mm (width);
Core specification: Φ 75 mm (inner diameter of winding core) X90 mm (width);
Paste specification: roll adhesive paste（ Φ 75 mm core (inner diameter, outer diameter: 270mm * width: 55mm)
The system includes: automatic winding of antirust paper, automatic label delivery, automatic labeling and sealing label.
